I'm Having 5 Lbs Of Weight Gain Since Increasing To
Question: I'm having 5 lbs of weight gain since increasing to 20mg of Trintellix. My diet hasn't changed. I also take synthroid which usually keeps my weight very steady. I take it away from all other medications/vitamins. I'm trying to decide whether to go back to my previous medication Fetzima or stay the course with Trintellix. But I don't want to gain any more weight.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think the wait gain comes from taking trintellix because it doesn't give this side effect.
Also trintellix doesn't interacts with levothyroxine.
I think the dosage of synthroid you are taking is not enough to stabilise tha thyroid levels. You u may need to test again thyroid hormone levels, and increasing synthroid dosage may be needed.
