Thanks for the query.

Based on the facts that you have posted the pain in Rt lower back that you have could be mostly due to stone in Right Lower Ureter and needs to be investigated.

I'd suggest consulting a Urologist for clinical examination and get the following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis:

1) Urine routine and culture sensitivity.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis. Antibiotics may be required after the investigation reports.

In the meantime start taking an anti-spasmodic painkiller like Drotaverine twice daily along with Tylenol, drink plenty of water.
