Would My Reports Be Considered Normal When WBC Count S High During A Fungal Infection?
Its a normal report if you have no symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the report. Your history suggests fungal infection and your high eosinophil count in report confirms it. Since yeast cells are absent in urine, its mostly a superficial (skin) fungal infection. Its not gone to your blood and urine. DONOT take oral anti-fungals for minor skin issues. Anti-fungal cream is fine.
High WBC count indicates an infection. If you have no such problems then it can be ignored. If you have any past history of infection, then WBC takes time to lower. Do let me know if you have any such symptoms or history.
Regarding trace acetone, it needs more investigations. It is usually seen if blood sugar levels are high. So go for the following blood tests: fasting blood sugar levels, kidney function test.
Ca oxalate can precipitate in kidneys to form stones. Its better to avoid foods rich in oxalates. Also take more of clean drinking water. Also its better to keep track of urine output (means measuring the amount of urine being formed in a day with the help of bed panmeasuring flask).
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
