Hi,

There is no direct link between insomnia and insulin use. Please check your sugars if you have trouble sleeping after taking insulin as both hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia can effect the sleep pattern. Hence, it is advisable to check the sugars. Also, there could be multiple causes of insomnia which would need a through physical consultation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
