Question: Hi... my child (3yr, female, 13.5 kg) is down with fever since past 4 days.
The fever ranges between 101 to 103 F.
On giving her Calpol 250 (3.5 ml) the fever subsides for around 10-12 hrs and then shoots back again.

She has blocked nose and dry cough.

Please suggest.

Brief Answer:
Blood investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query

Since its been 4 days since the child has fever spikes, i recommend to get investigated with blood tests to decide on antibiotics.

Any more wait makes the treatment more difficult.

Hope, I answered your query

Wish you good health
