Question: glans penis hurt during friction, then I had a kind of burning sensation during urination, I used clerzomatine antifungal cream, but I still had pain, then I visited a urologist in my country, after he was there, he told me not to worry because it's not like that He told me to use zitrobiotic and for the glans penis it didn't give me anything, after sexual intercourse, the condition is the same, but I still have pain if i dont do sex the pain going

Based on the facts that you have posted the pain while urinating and sexual intercourse that you have is most likely due to inflammation of Urethra (Urethritis).
and due to inadequate lubrication of vagina.

I usually suggest antibiotics like Cefixime twice daily for 3-5 days.
Using lubricating jelly during sexual activity will help to avoid pain at Glans due to friction.
Get your wife checked by Gynaecologist for any Vaginal infection or discharge.
Drink more water

Based on photographs you have uploaded you seem to have what is called as Perly Penile Papule which is common and nothing to be worried about.

Do not use any Soap or Chemical Shampoo . Just clean your genitals with warm water.

Use lubricant jelly during sexual intercourse.
