Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I understand your concern and would explain that your complaints could be related to a urinary tract infection.

Anyway, the chest pain is not typical of an urinary tract infection.

For this reason, it is necessary consulting with your attending physician and performing some tests to investigate for the possible causes underlying your complaints:

- a chest X ray study
- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- kidney and liver function tests
- a urine analysis
- a urine bacterial culture.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
