Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that those blood pressure values (165/125 mmHg) are pretty high and need special attention.

If this morning's value is isolated and has returned to lower values, then you shouldn't worry too much.

Just try to avoid any triggering factors like consuming caffeinated or alcoholic drinks; avoiding strenuous physical activity and smoking contacts, taking a balanced diet (more frequent small quantity than large amounts of food), having light outdoors walks, etc.

Some lemon juice could help to reduce high blood pressure values.

In addition, a good sleeping profile (sleeping before 23:00 at night) would be necessary in this regard.

But, in case this doesn't help, especially if those high BP vales keep persisting, then you need to use anti-hypertensive medications.

Until waiting for the doctor's appointment you may use Captopril 25 mg or Nifedipine 15 mg sublingual time after time, but always paying special attention to your BP values (to avoid hypotention).

In case, high BP values keep going, especially when coupled with clinical symptomatology (headache, vertigo, shortness of breathing, chest pain), you should immediately ask medical assistance to the nearest ER service at your living area.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
