So I have this problem I been masterbating for years but long ago I notice a black patch on my penis and notice scaring on it too and it got really dark threw all this years is there any way I can make it all that go away also been developing wrinkles do you think after time it will recover and get new skin or is there anything I can put on it I use aveeno lotion everyday

You can apply soframycin cream if you find it uncomfortable. Get clinically examined by a local Urologist to confirm it is penile melanosis, hyperpigmentation.
Treatment is typically not recommended for penile melanosis. However, it can be removed for cosmetic purpose. Procedure of removal are by surgery, removal of the skin layer where there is excess pigment followed by a skin graft and resurfacing the skin to an acceptable appearance. Laser therapy is another procedure of removal.
