Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.

I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,The normal range of TSH levels is 0.4 to 4.0 milli-international units per liter
A value above the normal range usually indicates that the thyroid is underactive.
As you have higher TSH so doctor prescribed you thyroxin 25 mg. It is starting dose , doctor can increase the dose according to TSH .

Nausea and generalized weakness, gastric pain is due to gastritis and it is very common in early pregnancy . You can take pantaparazole 40 mg along with domperidon 30 mg capsule empty stomach early in morning .
If nausea and gastric pain persists than you can add diagene gel two tsf three times daily .

Pain in left forearm may be due to carpal tunnel syndrome , for that you can do -
Use a splint. Look for a brace that keeps your wrist in a neutral (not bent) position. ...
Reduce activities that cause your wrist to bend. ...
Use cold therapy. ...
Rest. ...
Elevate your wrists whenever you can. ...
Practice yoga. ...
Get physical therapy. ...
Take light pain relievers.
If pain not subside than you can consult orthopedic surgeon .
