Brief Answer:
Hello dear. There can be several causes of LUTS

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. So your symptoms are clinically known as lower urinary tract symptoms. These can be due to urinary infection, benign enlargement of prostate, malignancy or sometimes stone.
You will require a few investigations
1. Ultrasound KUB and prostate
2. Urine culture
3. Serum prostate levels.
Please revert back once reports are available.
Thanks and regards
