Brief Answer:
Need to explore to put artificial sphincter to control incontinence

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have developed incontinence of urine following surgery for cancer of Prostate .

This is a known complication of Radical Prostatectomy done for cancer of prostate .

I would suggest to consult your Uro Oncologist or Reconstructive Urologist to reevaluate and explore feasibility of putting Artificial Urethral Sphincter so that incontinence of urine can be controlled which would help to improve your quality of life .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.
