Question: I have OCD and on the SSRI trintellix. I have recently had problems with libido and climaxing. Iam also on welbutrine . Welbutrine a lone does not control my OCD.. I am also doing cognitive theraphy with exsposure with my psychological. Again that alone is not enough. I am also taking 100mg of viagra. I am a where that viagra does help libido or climaxing. But it does help getting a erection. Has FDA a proved a higher dose than 100mg and will a higher dose help keeping a erection.

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you ave posted the problems related to your sexual function are due to
1) Psychological factor of OCD
2) Age related due to reduction in production of Testosterone
3) Side effects of SSRI being taken over a long period of time

The maximum therapeutic dose of Viagra is 100 mg once in 24 hours.I would suggest you to switch over to taking Cialis 5 mg everyday and 20 mg one hour before on the day of planned sexual activity .This should resolve the issue of sexual dysfunction and help to achieve sustainable erection .
