Brief Answer:
Yes,she needs a medicine for this.

Detailed Answer:
In my opinion, you are advised to give her a dosage of cholesterol lowering agent,as her LDL level is increased to 134 against the acceptable upper limit of 100. Also as she is having hypertension also, which is an additional risk factor, where we recommend a lower acceptable limit of LDL,which may be preferably up to 70,if possible.

Thank you so much for quick response, we will use Atorvastatin 10 mg daily in night time.

Actually I did my health checkup in last month, and I have also consulted, but no one gave any medicine for my Cholesterol level. I do Yoga for 45 mins and brisk walk for 45 mins on daily basis. Could you please check the attached Blood report, ECG report and below details and advise if I need to take any medicine for this?

Thank you so much in advance

Brief Answer:
you are also supposed to take cholesterol lowering agent.

Detailed Answer:
I will advise you to start at least 20 mg of atorvastatin or rosuvastatin. In your case, the starting dose should be more, because, 1-your LDL(Bad cholesterol) is more as compared to your mother. 2-your total cholesterol to HDL ratio is higher. It is 5.5 as compared to ideal higher limit of 4.8 to 5. It depicts more risk for cardiovascular episodes. 3-Also,you are having a familial tendency of higher cholesterol-as your mother is also having raised LDL level. It is also an additional risk factor.
Yoga & brisk walking is definitely good for lowering cholesterol, but it is only complimentary & not a complete substitute for atorvastatin etc. However, both can go side by side.

Thank you so much Doctor for quick guidance.
I will start 20 mg of atorvastatin, do I need to continue for lifetime? Or I need to do Lipid Profile testing after 3 months of medicine and consult doctor again?

And I have seen in my ECG report it's mentioned "ECG Within Normal Limits: Sinus Bradycardia." Is it something concerned?

Brief Answer:
Definitely, your dose & duration of medicine will depend on your

subsequent readings of lipids & other signs & symptoms of any accompanying complaints. The doses may have to be decreased or increased depending on the condition & readings. In some cases, you may be advised to continue small doses, even after your readings of lipid is normal. Prophylactically, this may be continued for a long time & in some cases life long under guidance of your doctor.
Boarder line bradycardia,in your ECG donot seems to be something serious,as this may be very much normal in athletics unless accompanied by some other symptoms.
