Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on - Ask a Doctor - service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that low blood pressure with standing may be caused by orthostatic intolerance.

There are several reasons why this phenomenon may be exaggerated, and they need to be carefully investigated.

After excluding any structural cardiac disorder by cardiac ultrasound, a Tilt testing would be helpful to conclude on orthostatic hypotension and intolerance.

Besides this, causes like dehydration, anemia, adrenal glands insufficiency, decreased thyroid function should be sought as well.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned issues.

Hope to have been helpful!

In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
