Question: I have new moles on the side of my face. Should I get them checked, do they look harmful? Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
These are small to medium sized moles,which are usually harmless & benign in nature.Still,you may get these removed for aesthetic purpose.
Chances of this type of moles, going into malignant stage are extremely rare. Still observation may be kept for any unusual increase in size, change of color of mole,appearance of raised margins with crenated boarders or uneven surface. These may be presenting signs of malignant melanoma,which require biopsy to confirm/rule out malignancy & treatment accordingly,if required.
