Is There Anything I Can Do Now To Relieve Symptoms Of Breathlessness, Fainting Feeling And Exhaustion?

Question: I am still having the feeling I am not getting any air and that when I try to sleep, I get a feeling like I am fainting. I have been having this all night and on and off for over a week. although my doctor gave me a name of a lax, I have taken each night with negative results .Is there anything I can do now to relieve the symptoms. I am exhausted, but each time I try to sleep I jerk awake with the sliding feeling and the breathing.

As I see you are already taking medication for your symptoms.

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-avoid caffeine and alcohol in the afternoon
-take regularly the medication.You can take it one hour before sleep to help you for a better sleep.
-take chamomile tea
-exercises can help to reduce the symptoms of anxiety
-try to do breathing exercises, breathe in and out slowly.
-consult your doctor for further prescribed medication to treat your anxiety if you don't feel better.
