Hello. Good day. Thank you for contacting Health care Magic

Detailed Answer:
I read your query. See there can be many reasons for your pain. Most commonly it occurs due to any kind of injury to trauma you had, post which you can have severe sudden pain. However, it can also be due to swelling of the tissues of the penis( medically called Peyronie's disease). Another reason can be any kind of infection developing involving the skin of the penis. Even there are various kinds of sexually transmitted diseases which can be responsible for this kind of pain. Sometimes urinary tract infections can also can painful swelling. Besides certain factors indirectly can increase the pain like excessive alcohol intake and smoking, or even stress or mood disorders.
So, first of all, you must do some lifestyle modifications. Drink plenty of water, and stop smoking and alcohol intake, if you are consuming either of them. Try to avoid stress as much as possible. Also, you must get yourself investigated if your problem does not get resolved with this. You need to get some tests done like complete blood count, blood sugar levels, c reactive protein and urine test. This will help to make a preliminary diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly. You may also require to visit a urologist for further evaluation.
I really hope that your questions are answered. If there is anything else you can write back. Thank you.

As told earlier, there is no pain normally. Only when it gets erected, i feel pain.
Otherwise, no problem in urination or so.
I have all the tests done, you mentioned. No abnormality there.
Additionally, i do not drink or smoke. Further, its not any kind of infection. There may be injury internally. No redness or swelling is there normally.
Expecting specific answer.

Brief Answer:
Hello. Good day. Thank you for contacting health care Magic

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for writing back. All the causes which I mentioned above can cause pain while erection. So they need to be ruled out. It is good that all your reports are normal. Since the complaint is still persisting you need to go for further examination to rule out internal swelling or inflammation. For that, you will have to visit a urologist who can examine the concerned site and may ask you to do further imaging studies like ultrasound to rule out internal issues. So getting yourself examined is a must to make an accurate diagnosis and hence find a solution.
