I have reviewed the reports and it seems to be microalbuminuria stage of diabetic nephropathy. Albumin levels are high in blood as well as urine. Presence of blood in urine is also indicative of nephropathy.
I need the following reports to assess better:
- fasting blood glucose levels
- HBA1C levels
- Liver function test
- Kidney function test

I also need a list of medicines being taken by the patient.
Is there any other health condition except diabetes?
Is patient having puffiness of face, disorientation and other symptoms?

Intake of XXXXXXX gooseberry (amla) is a home remedy to control blood sugar levels and can be added to patient's current regime

It seems that both liver and kidney are affected to some extent. It is still recoverable.

My recommendations are as follows:
- Keep the blood sugar levels in control
- Avoid medicines or chemicals that can affect liver and kidney e.g atorvastatin can affect liver. Liver is the organ where medicines get metabolized. Kidney is the organ that excretes most medicines. So the doses will need to be reduced according to the GFR (glomerular filtration rate) Currently your GFR is normal. Only microalbuminuria is there which can be better by controlling blood sugar levels. Ketones will also get better by controlling blood sugar levels
- Lisinopril has some research to show its beneficial effect in albuminuria
- Atorvastatin should be taken for short duration or whenever the liver function tests are normal. Same with aspirin and lisinopril
- Blood sugar, liver and kidney tests should be repeated regularly/weekly until better
- Syrup Liv 52 one tsp daily for one week can be taken from an XXXXXXX store for restoring liver health. Avoid alcohol intake if any.
- Drink cleaner water with TDS less than 40 ppm
- For blood sugar leves, dietary control and regular exercise is a must. Metformin has been prescribed for this purpose. As suggested earlier, amla can be added to your diet. Avoid refined sugar. Body weight needs to be within normal range.

From the lab tests and urinalysis I don't see any urgent need for chest CT scan, heart test or bladder scan. There should be other symptoms present to warrant these tests. ECG is usually recommended annually for males after the age of 45 years.
Slight dizzyness could be from reasons like liver issue, high blood sugar, low or high blood pressure, cervical. Keep a track of your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

Low iron levels could just be nutritional and high ferritin levels could be from liver issue and a liver scan can be done.
