Brief Answer:
ENT examination, Medical management, Allergy Skin Prick Tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Get an ENT examination done by a local doctor.

2. Once anatomical variations that lead to frequent colds are noted, request a trial with medical management,

3. The most effective medical management consists of a non-sedating anti-histamine, an anti-leukotriene, steam inhalation and hypertonic nasal saline washes.

4. Granular pharyngitis is inflammation of the lymphoid tissue that normally lines the throat. This makes the throat sensitive. After successful treatment, you will be able to have cold, sour and spicy food.

5. Allergy Skin Prick Tests should be done.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
