Question: my blood pressure is 161 over 83 hart rate 113 just ate ice cream

Your blood pressure is high and so is the heart rate. Heart rate can increase slightly after eating something cold but not to this extent.
Here are my suggestions
1. Check blood pressure and heart rate once again after three hours
2. If it is still high >140/90 I recommend you to be on a beta blocker.
3. I would want you to get evauated by a GP with ECG
4. Increased heart rate can be due to anxiety, anemia, thyroid dysfunction or vit b 12 deficiency, please get evaluated for this
