Brief Answer:
You can not dissolve them faster

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Stitches applied out side skin are non dissolvable. Stitches applied in side are dissolvable.
I believe you are talking about inside stitches. Usually it takes 72 days for stitches to dissolve. It may varry from stich to stich. It can not be fastened. You should not rub any thing over scar unless it is advised by doctor
If you are worried about stitches on the skin, than you can get it removed by doctor.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions. Thanks
