Brief Answer:
I need further details.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have evaluated your reports and there is a significant drop in your Hemoglobin levels and low RBC signifies that you have iron deficiency.

Now, the point of concern is that what is causing the drop in hemoglobin.

I would need following details:
1. Any excessive menstrual bleeding?

2. Any piles or blood in stool?

3. Any pain abdomen or acidity problems ?

4. Any chronic pain killer use?

5. Any dieting you have been doing or you have loss of appetite?

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
I have same opinion.

Detailed Answer:
I would also go with your doctor's opinion. You can take iron supplement like Tab Orofer XT once daily for 2 months.
Also take diet as advised.

Nothing else to be done.

If your Hemoglobin falls again with out reason we would go for further testing.

Good luck.
