Brief Answer:
You need to have toxicology screen

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, your assumptions can be right as all the symptoms you have shared can be with organophosphates exposure. You need to be examined by ER doctor in detail for the signs relating to that. The symptoms you have shared can't be ignored. Baseline labs and ECG should be commenced alongwith complete toxicology screen. If all if these turn out to be normal, only then it can be safely ignored.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions. Regards.
