Brief Answer:
This results are only slightly elevated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

First of all I would like to ask you what was the reason to make this tests? Do you have any symptoms or know diseases? I am asking you because this tests alone does not say anything about your health or possible problems. Its just a tiny piece of information.

AST is a liver enzyme. Your result is only slightly elevated. In case of any serious liver disease this tests gives result in hundreds. Your result can be caused by recent alcohol intake, recent fatty or spicy meal, recent painkillers intake, fatty liver or even obesity.

HDL cholesterol is a type of protein which cleans the cholesterol from blood vessels and delivers it to liver. It is called good cholesterol. We assume that more of it is better. 45 is not bad. It could be better, but still this is not the reason to be worried. Simple diet modification should help (avoiding fatty foods).

WBC - white blood cells count - 3.83 is fine. If this count is more than 10, we can suspect an infection. If its very low, we can suspect hematologic issue.

Speed of erythrocytes sedimentation ESR is a little bit too high. It may indicate some minor inflammation. But this is very nonspecific and any infection including sinus infection or urinary tract infection can give such result.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
