Brief Answer:
Need to see x ray images.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX thanks for your question on HCM.

I can understand your situation and problem.
Is it possible for you to send images of your x rays?
As I want to see x rays before commenting further.
And with six months of treatment the lesion should definitely decrease in size or turn into fibrosis or calcification.
So I need to check these two possibilities.
And for this I need to see your chest x rays.
So send me images. You can upload on right side of your dashboard or you can send to YYYY@YYYY and with subject as ATTN: Dr Kaushal Bhavsar
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry for MDR Tb.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX thanks for your follow up question.

And thanks a lot for the images. This gives me great help in answering your query.

No need to worry for MDR Tuberculosis.
Your first x ray showed left hilar and surrounding infiltration, which is cleared in your second x ray.

And third x ray is also normal.

So your lesion has been improved by treatment.
And sputum for AFB will obviously come negative in this (third) x ray.

So be relaxed and calm. No need to worry for MDR tuberculosis.
Eat healthy and stay fit.

Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
May be due to normal body variation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX thanks for your follow up question.
99 degree F is not considered as fever. If temperature is more than 100 then it is considered as fever. I think normal body variation of temperature may give you false belief of having fever.
So you need not to worry for temperature of 99F.

And healthy meal is something as following.
1. Avoid junk food If possible.
2. Drink plenty of fluids including fruit juices and keep yourself hydrated.
3. High protein diet like pulses, eggs (if you are eating) green leafy vegetables etc are rich source of nutrients.
4. Do regular aerobic exercise like running, brisk walking etc.
5. Avoid stress and tension. Stay fit.

Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
