Brief Answer:
alcohol level

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

A blood alcohol content between 0.13 and 0.19 is usually associated with gross motor incoordination and impairment in judgement. The way blood alcohol content is figured is in percent of blood that is alcohol. So 0.14 means that 14% of the liquid in blood is alcohol.

In Massachusetts, legal definition of intoxication is a blood alcohol content of 0.08 (or 8% alcohol in the blood).

So if your level was 0.144, this would indicate that the level of alcohol in the blood was significant and so I would assume your employer would be concerned about this.
