Brief Answer:
Probably hemochromatosis, follow the advices below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Liver has a very important role in regulating how much iron is in the body,so is also the first organ that is damaged when the body has excess iron.

This is caused by a genetic mutation.
The accumulation of the iron can cause most of the time liver cirrhosis.

I suggest you to do the following examinations to confirm this diagnosis :
-blood test for HFE gene mutation
-serume iron
-level of ferritine
-level of transferine

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-eat healthy, don't consume iron rich foods like red meat, spinach etc
-avoid alcohol and caffeine
-become a blood donor
-lose weight if you are overweight.

With proper treatment you can take your iron level under control but regular check ups are needed.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have any other question feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
