Brief Answer:
No maxillary sinus surgery is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. I usually base my treatment on the CT Scan images and not the CT Scan report as I read the CT images myself.

2. According to your CT Scan report, no surgery on the maxillary sinuses is required.

3. In view of your symptoms, the concha bullosa can be excised, with nasal turbinate reduction. No nasal septum surgery seems to be necessary (There are no details of any previous nasal surgery).

4. Medical management and allergy control will help decrease your symptoms.

5. Please share the CT Scan images for further discussion and advice on possible future treatments

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
