Ors XXXXXXX or flavored ors solution 120 ml for each stool ( can drink coconut water in between too) if diarrhoea is continuously only then symptomatic take 4mg loperamide after stool and then 2mg after stool maximum less than 6 mg per day and discontinue after 48 hrs ,
Lactobacillus or bacid 1 capsule per day for 10 days , protonix or pantop 40 mg for 7 days ! Tab levofloxacin 500 for 3 days ,supradene or natalins 1 tab for 7 days
Investigations are stool examination,CBC,if persist 4-5 days USG
