Question: my grand son,12 old boy is suffering with body pains ,mild and weakness, in the evenning from 4 PM, he is not showing interest to take food , ftom 5days , date 5th XXXXXXX we consult doctor , she advice to give DOLO full tab , but it is not use. he is suffering. pl.give advice and suggestions. any medical lab test require ,pl advice.

In your case,the basic required investigation is complete blood count(CBC) & blood test for Malaria. Evening rise of temperature May be one of the symptoms of tuberculosis. Hence test of ESR, CRP & X-Ray chest,if indicted may be required.
