Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
Most likely, these small white bumps( cysts) are Milia. These bumps are usually harmless on the face of your child, which cause temporary cosmetic effect. These are temporary & self limiting, which subside within 1-3 weeks of its own without any treatment.
Some times the food particles spilled on the skin of face May cause irritation of skin of face resulting in appearance of Milia.Hence it is always a healthy practice to wipe any spilled food on the skin of face of your child with a soft moist clothe gently.
I think, this gives the answer to your querry.
