Abortion, Period Delay, Lower Backache. Strip Test Positive, Usg Showed Elongated Sac, B Hcg 135. Healthy Outcome Chances?

i had a obortion last month ,bleeding started on 8th april .i have 28 days cycle usually .now this month the cycle was supposed to come on 6 may but its 11 may now uptill now no cycles only feeling of lower backache like before cycle .i did a strip test it was positive then i consulted a doctor who did an USG showing elongated sac and B HCG 435. what are the chances of healthy outcome???

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As you are having elongated sac predicting the outcome is somewhat difficult.
And also as you had abortion in the last month only the exact gestational age cannot be estimated according to the last menstrual period.
So you better go for repeat beat HCG levels after 48 hours and if the levels doubles there is possibility for continuation of pregnancy.
And also you need a repeat ultrasound after one week.
