Can Duphaston And Intafol Be Taken In Pregnancy Without Any Side Effects?

I am 13 weeks pregnant. I had light bleeding on 11th week.i have taken scan.baby s heart beat is nice.they told there is one blood clot in placenta.my doctor told me to put susten 200 and ovulate c 5000 iu injection for 8 times each.i am having duphaston and intafol d tablet.is it safe to put 8 injections or any side affects are there?
