Does M2-Tone Syrup Cause Delay In Periods?

I took m 2 tone syrup just to improve fertility.i already have a son.planning for the second.my periods is missed by 35 days and mine is a 27 days cycle.i tested twice and getting a negative result.is it because of the m2 tone syrup which I took for one month
