How To Determine And Confirm If Pregnant Through A Test?

I took a home pregnancy test after I had a 3 day faint dark brown period. The period or implantation bleeding started on a Sunday and ended on Tuesday. I took a First Response test that following Saturday and the test came back burry. Like if the blue line had diluted. Maybe I used the home test wrong but could I be pregnant?

Hello,

I wanted to know the actual date of your last menstrual period (LMP) to comment on whether or not you are pregnant. In my view, you have done the test very early. I suggest you wait for another week and then perform a home pregnancy test again. The best option would be to wait for your next period date. If it does not occur, then you may do a home pregnancy test or a pelvic ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

You took a home pregnancy test and the report was not clear rather blurry. If you have missed your periods and were not on regular CP and did not take any emergency CP, then you may be pregnant. Wait for a couple of day and repeat pregnancy tests with the first morning mid stream urine.

You can also consult an OBGYN and get blood test, per vaginal test (to detect bulky uterus) or USG (Uterus and fallopian tubes) done to confirm pregnancy or detect ectopic pregnancy. You will be managed and taken care of accordingly. In the meantime, do not take stress (physical or emotional), take quality sleep and home made nutritious food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
