Hi,

I would suggest you to:
- Start applying mashed potatoes on your skin and keep it for 10-15 mins
- Apply Adapelene gel
- Wash your face with mild soap and cold water
- Take diet rich in vitamin E and drink plenty of water
- Don't use ant cosmetics and hard substances on face

You should visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
