Hello,

Ideally, you should not keep fiddling with your blackhead, you should not touch, or pick it. Picking at a blackhead or trying to pop it, you can expose the affected pore to bacteria from your hands or the surrounding skin, causing an infection. Do not do it. Blackhead that are close to the surface of the skin go away on their own.

It looks like your blackhead is presently deeply embedded. There are less chances of it going away on its own. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist or GP, they may recommend it to be removed surgically. Before that, you can apply salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide or tea tree oil after diluting it on the affected part. Do not leave it untreated, it can also be treated with chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser therapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
