Hello
It seems from the history that your sister is having glaucoma and has lost vision in one eye because of glaucoma.
The vision in other eye can be saved with effective treatment. The intraocular pressure has to be kept under the target level depending on the severity of glaucomatous damage.
But she needs to use the eye drops regularly and attend regular rye examination and tests like intraocular pressure measurement and visual field testing regularly.

Thank you
