Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that pain in the area of erupting wisdom tooth is not probably due to the roots wrapping around the
nerve, rather it is commonly due to inflammation of the gum flap that surrounds and partly covers the wisdom tooth when the tooth is not completely erupted...
It occurs due to infection in the area that occurs commonly due to food accumulation between the gums flap and the tooth..
Earache is due to
radiating pain from wisdom tooth site..
However nose bleed does not seems to be related to the wisdom tooth problem..
Consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation ad
x ray can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..
As of now you can take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen.
Do warm saline gargles.
Do cool compresses over the cheek..
If pain is severe take higher painkiller like
Tramadol..
Thanks and regards.
