What Causes A Lump In Penis Visible Only During Erection?

HI, so ive had this bump that appears on the side of my penis only when erect its almost the size of a pea. If I push down on it I notice that there is basically muscle missing in that area which causes the vein to be filled and expose itself only when erect. What could it be?

Most likely, it's only venous engorgement which you are feeling. It disappears when collapsed.
