What Causes Abdominal Pain With Bad Odour And Burning Sensation During Urination?
Have been having a lot of stomachieving pain lately along with a lot of other symptoms...my pee smells and burns. It is cloudy but they are unable to find anything wrong with the kidneys and bladder. I have been checked for stds which came back negative. The stomach pain is in upper quadrant both left and right

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have abdominal pain with bad odour and burning sensation during urination . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like appendicitis , consuming foods known to cause gas in some people, such as milk products that contain lactose, broccoli , crohn’s disease , gastroenteritis , irritable bowel syndrome or urinary tract infection , so consult urologist for it . I would suggest you to avoid above mentioned foods , eat light and non spicy specially at night , take light walk after every meal , eat small and frequent meals .If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , endoscopy along with stool test . Doctor may prescribe ornidazole , omeprazole , laxative , anti inflammatory along with antacids . Doctor may also refer you to urologist for urinary tract infection. For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.
