General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to genital herpes. I suggest to get the test to confirm the diagnosis. If the diagnosis is confirmed, the treatment consists in Acyclovir cream for local application. I also suggest using Acyclovir tablets three times a day for a week.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
