What Causes Feeling Ill,heat In Head,coldness In Body And Headache?
Hi my name is Scott. Last night when I got home form work @ 11pm, I ate dinner and I started feeling ill, hot head, cold body, headache. So I pinched my skin at the middle knuckle and saw that I was dehydrated. It was a long night have to go pee every 2 hours and drink more water. Its 3:50pm Sat. and I am starting to feel the same.

Only if your vitals like breathing ,heart rate,temperature normal ..otherwise go to medical emergency it may be food poisoning [staphylococal enteotoxin].
