Hello,

You are suffering from pain in the waistline, all your reports are normal. One of the major causes for waist pain in men is due to strain and stress on the back muscles. Avoid lifting heavy objects, sudden bending and twisting while working can pull the muscles of back or the abdomen. Medical conditions that can cause symptoms are renal stone, acute appendicitis, mental stress and anxiety. In men slipped disk is common factor for pain in waist. Cartilage compression may cause severe radiating pain all around the waist. The pain may also radiate to legs from the back.

Obese men suffer from chronic waist pain. If overweight, reduce weight, do regular walking. You can take Combiflam or Naproxen, one SOS when pain for relief. Get clinically examined by an orthopedist and get X-ray done. You are also suffering from erection problems. ED is commonly caused by a lack of blood flow to the penis. Do exercises and walking. Avoiding unhealthy fats, excess sugar and large amounts of salt or salty snacks. Chronic health conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease, can lead to erection problems. Avoid stress, anxiety and low self-esteem.

Get treated any chronic disease at the earliest. Relationship problems and dissatisfaction with your sex life can also cause erection problem. Talk to your partner and also a Counselor. Stay away from addictions. Stop tobacco use, limit alcohol intake, take healthy diet, take rest and quality sleep. You can take PPIs or antacids, one SOS to help reduce stomach cramps. Get a Widal test done to rule out typhoid.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
