What Does Mitral A To E Ratio Mean In An Echo Test?

Hello, I had an echo and the cardiologist s impression of it is normal . everything is within the right range except the mitral e to a ratio which is 2.6! The range given is 1.0 to 1.5 so I am wondering how I can have a normal reading. He did write that there is trivial mitral and tricuspid regurgitation in the Findings; no other concerning comments. What is a mitral A to E ratio exactly and should I be concerned with mine/get a second opinion. Thank you!
