What Does This Hepatitis Test Result Mean?

I got tested for hepatitis and I don t understand what my results mean. This is what it says : Hepatitis bs antigen NEG Hepatitis bs antibody NEG Patient does NOT have immunity for hep b Hepatitis c antibody NEG Hcv signal to cutoff ratio 0.02 And then there is a footnote I don t understand

I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You have been tested to see whether you have -
1. Hepatitis B infection
2. Got vaccinated /protected against hepatitis B infection
3. Hepatitis C infection.

As per the report -
1. You do not have hepatitis B infection
2. You do not have any protective antibodies against Hepatitis B which means you were not vaccinated against hepatitis B or had any past infection. So you are susceptible for hepatitis B infection. You can get protected against Hepatitis B by getting 3 shots of hepatitis B vaccine.
3. You do not have hepatitis C infection.
