Will Cipro Help Headaches And Nausea While Suffering From Prostatitis With E. Coli?

I have a prostatitis with E. Coli ( 100,00 col) and have been on cipro (Sensitive) for 5 days, sympthoms are better, urine flow is better, less headache and nausea, appetite is better but I continue to feel chilled and have sort of intolerant to cold temperatures. Is this OK or should I be worried?. No fever since second day but my temp is subnormal 97 .

Hi,
Cipro is an antibiotic and based on your response it is working better for you. Feeling chilled and intolerant to cold temperatures may not be related to the drug or it does not help in curing this. The cause may be due to recovery from the infection. No need to worry for this. Have plenty of fluids and do regular exercises.
This will help you. Get back to us or to your doctor for more discussion if you feel any other symptoms .

Regards
