As per the history you have provided you are 21 years, very young and hence very active.
In young the sensitivity of penis, particularly the glans increases a lot hence even touch will cause extra sensation whether you touch it or someone else touches it.
During intercourse you are mentally involved into different world, there may be good lubrication hence you do not feel the pain.

I dont have any symptoms at the moment.
I just have symptoms (pain) if i touch the glans directly, it is sensitive.
