Suggest Treatment For Right Knee Stiffness, Pain, Red Joints And Soreness In All The Fingers

Question: 2 month back i had a swelling in right leg with fever doctor has seen and says its infection and prescribed amoxylin e 500 mg twice once i started the medicine 5/6 red spot came between knee and leg but the symptom not gone and finally after 1 month of medicine refer to surgeion for I&D. After surgery augmentic 500 mg start last for 10 days after that again pain in other area of leg starts with more red spot comes then clindamycin and clloaxalin phycian has recommended which i have taken for 15 days. again swelling starts with severe pain then admitted to hospital doctor says its cellulitis and Lizolid 600 mg twice daily with merperan injected through IV for three days and released from hospital with oral course of lizolid 500mg twice a day for 5 days. Now after 10 days of release from hospital one day i have walk a lot and used my hand and finger a lot, on morning i faced the problem with stiffness, pain, red joints and soreness of both hand finger and right knee it last through out the day and gone after taking one tablet of hcqs 200 mg at night. i had taken hcqs tablet at 10 pm and thing are 100% ok at 01 am (night) hardly after within 3 hours Since then its completely ok . medical test done and all are negative i.e. ant CCP, ANA (SIANA), PR3 XXXXXXX (C-ANCA), MPO-ANCA (P-ANCA), ANA (ELISA),SERUM URIC ACID, RA TEST, heumoglobin- 9.5, platlet-233000, WBC- 6000. Please guide what i can do since i am in trouble since last 2.5 month and not able to understand why after 10 days of treatment this sudden hand issue comes and completely goes away in only one days. please guide what i will do

Thanks for posting the query.

The symptoms as said earlier looks like a cellulitis only. But now the pain and swelling of the joints have resided with HCQS so need not worry about it.

Are you a diabetic or suffering with any other illness or on any chronic medicines?

Did you get a orthopedician opinion once?

No I am not a diabetic also I am fully ok before start of this disease. at starting for 1 month treatment is from orthopedician itself but after no improvement he referred to surgeon. my concern is can finger node swelling stiffness redness is comes in morning after 10 days of cellulitis ok and cleared within a night is symptom for any other disease. also swelling has symmetry comes in both hand and knee also previously I feel bit stiffness in my hand and back at the time of morning and go away within 1 or 2 hours physician every time try to figure out sign of rheumatoid arthritis but any medical test not coming positive. please guide further what i can do i am very much concern about the non predicness of the disease

Ya even i was thinking of rheumatoid arthritis only. As all the tests have come negative, stop worrying. As you were put on lot of antibiotics from 2 months some or the other the other symptoms keep coming for few days. Ask you doctor and start on multivitamin and calcium with vitamin D3 supplement. As your heamoglobin is on lesser side have iron rich food. Start doing some exercise or yoga to increase your immunity.

As you have already got all investigations done. There is no other diagnosis which i can comment on.
